HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually we receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. Hence you can expect to receive your Track&Trace code within 24 hours. Either way we will email your Order Tracking Code to you. Please check your inbox and Spam mail for this Tracking Code
You can Track Your Order from our TRACK MY ORDER tab located on our menu. This will redirect you to an international shipping site that once you enter your tracking code will tell you the status of your order. Please don't worry if this doesn't update and says in transit. It will update once the order is in your country. Please refer to our shipping times before asking for an update on your order
WHY IS MY ORDER STATUS NOT UPDATING
At times, the courier takes time to update their Shipping Portal but rest assured that if you have received a tracking #, the item has shipped out. Normally, courier will update the shipping portal at that time it arrives to its next destination.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
-We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- All returns must be in a new and unused condition.
-We do not refund for wrong sized or weighted items chosen by you. It is up to you to make sure the measurements are correct. We also do not refund for products with no adapter included. All products needing adapter or sold separate is in the description of the product.
